Life is very challenging and hard to navigate.  You might want to change and yet you are not sure how to get started.  Working on creating the space to make these changes can be best helped through therapy.

Developing new ways to create openness for possibilities can be empowering.

I do believe that everyone has the capability to look introspectively and change their views of themselves and how they see themselves connecting in the world and instilling this can open new ways to live their life.

As a therapist, I work with teens and young adults. There is so much happening during these times in their lives and having the ability to create the space to heal gives that power a sense of belief and self-confidence.  Facing challenges promotes huge opportunity for growth moving forward.

I have been a therapist for over ten years, and a student advocate for over twenty years in the high school and community college systems.  I am passionate about helping teens and adults discover ways to build self-awareness and through making positive changes they can learn to be accepting, confident in taking risks, being able to be vulnerable and to feel congruent in relationships.  I look forward to connecting with you and to help you with your goals.
